NRS 243.450 - Abstract filed; result certified to Governor.
NV Rev Stat § 243.450 (2011) What's This?
The certified abstract of such returns must be filed in the Office of the Secretary of State, and, if it appears therefrom that a majority of all the qualified voters voting at the election have approved the act, the Secretary of State must certify the result of such vote to the Governor.
