NRS 233A.010 - Definitions.
NV Rev Stat § 233A.010 (2011) What's This?
As used in this chapter:
1. Chair means the Chair of the Nevada Indian Commission.
2. Commission means the Nevada Indian Commission.
3. Commissioner means a commissioner of the Nevada Indian Commission.
