NV Rev Stat § 226.115 (2011) What's This?

All moneys, funds and property of the State of Nevada, in the custody and control of the State Treasurer or his or her office by virtue of his or her official position as State Treasurer, are hereby designated as the State Treasury of the State of Nevada.
