Chapter 218B of NRS beginning at page 218B-81 are valid for the limited purposes of filing for office and for nominating and electing members of the Assembly.] Assembly District 38 consists of:

1. Lyon County and Storey County.

2. In Carson City, census voting districts 0106, 0108, 0225, 0260, 0334, 0337, 0338 and 0481.

3. In Churchill County, census voting districts 0085 and 0095.
