NV Rev Stat § 171.1779 (2011) What's This?
to 171.1779, inclusive, not applicable to violations of traffic laws. The provisions of NRS 171.177 to 171.1779, inclusive, do not apply to those situations in which a person is detained by a peace officer for any violation of chapters 484A to 484E, inclusive, of NRS.
