NRS 155.094 - Independent attorney defined.


NV Rev Stat § 155.094 (2011) What's This?

Independent attorney means an attorney, other than a attorney who:

1. Is described in subsection 2 of NRS 155.097; or

2. Has served as an attorney for a person who is described in subsection 2 of NRS 155.097.
