NRS 413.010 Legislativeappropriations for Nevada Wing 27001 of Civil Air Patrol.

NRS 413.020 Paymentof claims against appropriated money.

NRS 413.030 Reversionof appropriated money if Nevada Wing 27001 disbanded.

NRS 413.010 Legislativeappropriations for Nevada Wing 27001 of Civil Air Patrol. Money may be appropriated by the Legislature from theState General Fund for the support of Nevada Wing 27001 of the Civil Air Patrolto:

1. Carry out crash, rescue and emergency operations,support federal, state and local law enforcement agencies in homeland defenseand narcotics interdiction missions, and provide organization and trainingtherefor;

2. Provide for cadet training activities; and

3. Purchase, repair and maintain emergency andtraining equipment.

NRS 413.020 Paymentof claims against appropriated money. Allclaims against money appropriated pursuant to NRS413.010 must be approved by the wing commander and wing finance officer ofNevada Wing 27001 of the Civil Air Patrol, and the State Board of Examiners.Approved claims must be paid in the same manner as other claims against theState are paid.

NRS 413.030 Reversionof appropriated money if Nevada Wing 27001 disbanded. IfNevada Wing 27001 of the Civil Air Patrol is disbanded by executive order ofthe President of the United States, any balance remaining of the appropriatedmoney reverts to the State General Fund within 60 days after the date of theexecutive order.
