48-511. Fees; splitting with employer forbidden; penalty.

Any private employment agency, or agent thereof, who shall be guilty of dividing fees with any superintendent, manager, foreman or other employees of any person, company, corporation or association, for whom employees are furnished shall be guilty of a Class III misdemeanor. Upon conviction, his license shall be revoked at once by the Commissioner of Labor.
