83-1,100.01. Transfer of property to Board of Pardons and Board of Parole.

All equipment, books, and other property in the possession of the Office of Parole Administration relating to the functions of the Board of Pardons and the Board of Parole, except records maintained by the Secretary of State, on July 1, 1994, are hereby transferred to the Board of Pardons and the Board of Parole, as appropriate, as of such date.
