23-5-425. Examination and approval of electronic bingo and keno equipment -- fee. (1) A licensed manufacturer shall submit to the department for examination a prototype of any electronic equipment intended for use in conducting live bingo or keno games before the equipment is used in the state. (2) Before the equipment is examined, the manufacturer shall pay the anticipated examination costs as determined by the department. The department shall refund an overpayment or charge and collect an amount sufficient to reimburse the department for underpayment of actual costs. (3) Upon completion of the examination, the department may approve, disapprove, or place a condition upon use of the equipment before it is made available for use in conducting live bingo or keno games.
