Title XXI PUBLIC SAFETY AND MORALS
Chapter 322
• Effective - 28 Aug 2001322.145. Liability of owner for animal bite. — The owner of an animal that bites or otherwise possibly transmitted rabies or any zoonotic disease shall be liable to an injured party for all damages done by the animal.
