Section 492.450 Notice of time and place of taking depositions.

492.450. The party applying for the commission shall give notice, in writing, of the time and place of taking such depositions, to every person who may be known to be interested, his or their agent or attorney, at least thirty days before the taking of the same; and a copy of the petition and affidavit upon which the commission was granted shall accompany such notice.
