§ 21-3-9. Qualifications of mayor and aldermen
MS Code § 21-3-9 (2012) What's This?
The mayor and members of the board of aldermen shall be qualified electors of the municipality and, in addition, the aldermen elected from and by wards shall be residents of their respective wards.
