103A.209 MARGINAL, ERODIBLE LAND RETIREMENT POLICY. It is state policy to encourage the retirement of marginal, highly erodible land, particularly land adjacent to public waters and drainage systems, from crop production and to reestablish a cover of perennial vegetation.
