241.024 DESIGNATION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS OF STATE CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES. The warden or superintendent of each Minnesota correctional facility, now or hereafter established shall, after August 1, 1979, be designated as the chief executive officer of the facility.
