388.1054 Duty of trainee to accept employment; noncompliance, refund of moneys received.

Sec. 4.

Following the completion of a program of study the recipient of a traineeship or fellowship is required to accept employment within 1 year in an approved program of special education in this state on the basis of 1/2 year of service for each academic year of training received through a grant under this act. Persons who fail to comply with this provision shall be required to refund the traineeship or fellowship moneys received.
