408.775 Unlawful installation or repair; penalty; exception.

Sec. 25.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, partnership or corporation to install or repair in this state, a boiler without a valid license to install or repair. The installation or repair of boilers without a valid license is a misdemeanor on the part of the installer or repairer. The provisions of this section shall not apply to the repair or replacement of boilers exempted from the license and permit provisions of this act by section 23.
