408.659 Inspectors; appointment, qualifications.

Sec. 9.

The department may hire inspectors to inspect carnival-amusement rides. The chief carnival-amusement ride inspector shall be licensed in the state as a professional engineer, in accordance with Act No. 240 of the Public Acts of 1937, as amended, being sections 338.551 to 338.576 of the Compiled Laws of 1948.
