CAREER AND TECHNICAL PREPARATION ACT (EXCERPT)
Act 258 of 2000

388.1908 Enrollment without tuition and fee support.

Sec. 8.

This act does not restrict the ability of an eligible student or any other pupil to enroll in any career and technical preparation program without tuition and fee support under this act.
