141.1529 Issuance of bulletins; adoption of rules.
Sec. 29.
The state financial authority is authorized and directed to issue bulletins or adopt rules as necessary to carry out the purposes of this act. A rule adopted under this section shall be adopted in accordance with the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328.
