Section 30I. The department shall assist and cooperate with the division of employment and training, the United States Department of Labor, and any other appropriate state or federal agency, in attempting to make available to disabled employees eligible to receive compensation benefits, new jobs and job training programs, including, but not limited to, those conducted under the job training partnership act of nineteen hundred and eighty-two and successor programs. The division of employment and training shall assist in such efforts.

Section 30I. The department shall assist and cooperate with the department of unemployment assistance, the United States Department of Labor, and any other appropriate state or federal agency, in attempting to make available to disabled employees eligible to receive compensation benefits, new jobs and job training programs, including, but not limited to, those conducted under the job training partnership act of nineteen hundred and eighty-two and successor programs. The department of unemployment assistance shall assist in such efforts.
