[Text of section effective until July 1, 2011. Repealed by 2008, 521, Sec. 27. See 2008, 521, Sec. 44.]

Section 15. Sections eight, nine and ten of chapter one hundred and ninety-five shall apply to non-resident trustees, except that said writing shall be filed in the clerk’s office of the court appointing him if appointed by a court other than the probate court.
