CHAPTER 201 GUARDIANS AND CONSERVATORS
Section 28 Powers and duties of guardian or conservator for non-resident

Section 28. Such guardian or conservator shall have the same powers and duties relative to any estate of the ward found within the commonwealth, and also in the case of a guardian, relative to the person of the ward if he comes to reside therein, as other guardians or conservators appointed under this chapter.
