Section 21. If the deceased was a member of a partnership, and partnership and individual claims are proved against his estate, separate lists thereof shall be made, and in decreeing dividends the court shall order the joint and the separate estate to be distributed in the same manner and among the same classes of creditors as in the case of insolvent debtors under chapter two hundred and sixteen.
