Section 12 Time for appeal

Section 12. Such appeal shall be claimed and notice thereof given at the registry of probate within twenty days after the return of the commissioners. If the appeal is by an executor or administrator, he shall give notice thereof to the creditor within said twenty days. The appeal shall be entered at the return day next succeeding the expiration of said twenty days.
