Section 6 Determination of value of advancement

Section 6. If the value of an advancement is expressed in the conveyance, in the charge thereof made by the intestate or in the acknowledgment by the person receiving it, such value shall be adopted in the division and distribution of the estate; otherwise it shall be determined according to the value when the property was given.
