Section 12 Removal of executor or administrator; validity of previous acts

Section 12. If an executor or administrator is removed or if letters of administration are revoked, all previous sales, whether of real or personal property, made lawfully by the executor or administrator and with good faith on the part of the purchaser, and all other lawful acts done by such executor or administrator, shall remain valid and effectual.
