2006 Massachusetts Code - Section 42. Prosecutions for buying — receiving or aiding in concealment of stolenproperty.

Section 42. In prosecutions for buying, receiving or aiding in the concealment of stolen property known to have been stolen, it shall not be necessary to allege or prove that the person who stole the property has been convicted.
