2006 Massachusetts Code - Section 82. Bail commissioner or special magistrate authorized to admit to bail.

Section 82. The term “magistrate”, in any section of the statutes which provides for admitting persons to bail in criminal cases, shall be construed to include a bail commissioner or special magistrate, so far as to give him authority to admit prisoners to bail.
