2006 Massachusetts Code - Section 40. Testimony reduced to writing; signing by witnesses.

Section 40. The testimony of the witnesses examined shall be reduced to writing by, or under the direction of, the court or justice, if he considers it necessary, and shall, if required by him, be signed by the witnesses.
