2006 Massachusetts Code - Section 23. Service of warrants and other processes.

  Section 23. Warrants and other processes issued for the apprehension of persons charged with crime may be directed to and served in any part of the commonwealth by an officer authorized to serve criminal process in any county. Such officer may command aid and exercise the same authority as if in his own county.

  Section 23. Warrants and other processes issued for the apprehension of persons charged with crime and child support warrants issued pursuant to section 34A of chapter 215 may be directed to and served in any part of the commonwealth by an officer authorized to serve criminal process in any county. Such officer may command aid and exercise the same authority as if in his own county.
