2006 Massachusetts Code - Section 22. Orders of notice; power of clerk to issue.

Section 22. A clerk of the courts may issue any order of notice upon any complaint or other proceeding in a civil action which might be issued by court; but the court or a justice thereof may cause additional notice to be given.
