§ 11-130.1 - Low speed vehicle
MD Transp Code § 11-130.1 (2015) What's This?
"Low speed vehicle" means a four-wheeled motor vehicle that has a maximum speed capability that exceeds 20 miles per hour but is less than 25 miles per hour.
