§ 11-113 - Divided highway
MD Transp Code § 11-113 (2015) What's This?
"Divided highway" means a highway that is divided into two or more roadways by:
(1) An intervening space;
(2) A barrier; or
(3) A clearly indicated dividing section constructed to impede vehicular traffic.
