STATE FINANCE AND PROCUREMENT
§ 5-7B-10 - Actions; decisions to fund projects
(a) No private cause of action created. -- This section may not be construed to create a private cause of action for any person or local government.
(b) Decisions to fund projects. -- A decision to fund a project or not to fund a project as required under this subtitle shall not be subject to Title 10, Subtitle 2 (Administrative Procedure Act -- Contested Cases) of the State Government Article.
(c) Technical assistance to other areas. -- This subtitle may not be construed to prevent an agency from providing technical assistance in an area that is not a priority funding area.
