§ 4-206 - Units in Department


MD State Fin & Pro Code § 4-206 (2013) What's This?

§4-206.

(a) The following units are in the Department:

(1) the Board of Architectural Review;

(2) the General Professional Services Selection Board;

(3) the Purchasing Bureau; and

(4) any other unit that is in the Department under any other law.

(b) Each unit in the Department shall report to the Secretary.
