§ 5-9B-01 - Definitions


MD Nat Res Code § 5-9B-01 (2013) What's This?

(a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Application. -- "Application" means an application by a local government to the Board of Public Works to fund the purchase of an interest in real property under a local land preservation program.

(c) Program. -- "Program" means a local land preservation program established in accordance with this subtitle.

(d) Sponsor. -- "Sponsor" means a local government.
