§ 3-2A-09 - Grants -- Terms and conditions; documents
MD Nat Res Code § 3-2A-09 (2013) What's This?
(a) Terms and conditions. -- Except as provided in this subtitle, the Trust may set the terms and conditions for grants.
(b) Documents. -- If the Trust decides to grant money to an applicant, the Trust shall prepare grant documents.
