§ 15-201 - Definitions [Subtitle subject to abrogation].
§15-201. IN EFFECT

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) “Certified minority business enterprise” means a minority business enterprise that meets the requirements established by regulation under § 15-203 of this subtitle.
(c) “Minority” means a group that the Commission finds to be socially or economically disadvantaged in accordance with § 15-202(a) of this subtitle.
(d) “Program” means the Minority Business Enterprise Utilization Program.
