§ 5-404 - Waiver of a right

§5-404.
(a) An employer may not ask or require an employee to waive any right under this subtitle or 29 C.F.R. 1910.1200.
(b) A waiver of a right under this subtitle or 29 C.F.R. 1910.1200 is void.
