§ 10-112 - Meetings; voting; hours; compensation [Subtitle subject to revision effective October 1, 2013; revised subtitle follows this subtitle]

§10-112. IN EFFECT

** IN EFFECT UNTIL OCTOBER 1, 2013 PER CHAPTER 570 OF 2012**

(a) The Board may not act on any matter unless at least 5 members concur.

(b) Each member of the Board shall devote the time needed to carry out the duties of office.

(c) The Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings.

(d) (1) Each member of the Board is entitled to:

(i) the salary provided in the budget of the Board; and

(ii) reimbursement for reasonable expenses:

1. incurred in the performance of the Board member’s duties; and

2. as provided in the budget of the Board.

(2) Each member of the Board shall be paid biweekly.
