HEALTH OCCUPATIONS
§ 14-5D-12.1 - Notification to Board of change of address.


MD Health Occ Code § 14-5D-12.1 (2013) What's This?

(a) In general. -- A licensee shall notify the Board in writing of a change in name or address within 60 days after the change.

(b) Penalty for failure to comply. -- A licensee who fails to comply with subsection (a) of this section is subject to an administrative penalty of $ 100.
