§ 14-5B-13 - Surrender of license.
MD Health Occ Code § 14-5B-13 (2013) What's This?
Unless a disciplinary panel agrees to accept the surrender of a license or temporary license, a licensee or holder of a temporary license may not surrender the license or temporary license and the license or temporary license may not lapse by operation of law while the licensee or holder of a temporary license is under investigation or while charges are pending against the licensee or holder of a temporary license.
