§ 2-806 - Eligibility criteria
MD Env Code § 2-806 (2013) What's This?
To be eligible for a loan under this subtitle, a small business owner shall:
(1) Submit a completed loan processing form to the Department; and
(2) Meet eligibility criteria established by the Department through regulation.
