§ 3-502 - Chairman and vice chairman


MD Educ Code § 3-502 (2013) What's This?

§3-502.

(a) The county board shall elect a chairman and a vice chairman from among its members at an annual meeting to be held on the second Tuesday in January.

(b) If there is a vacancy in the office of chairman or vice chairman, the county board shall elect a replacement within 30 days after the vacancy occurs.
