§ 18-2405 - Numbers of Grants; amount


MD Educ Code § 18-2405 (2013) What's This?

§18-2405.

(a) The Office, on notification by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, may award Higher Education Loan Assistance Grants.

(b) The Office, in collaboration with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, shall adopt regulations to determine:

(1) The maximum number of participants in the Program each year;

(2) The maximum number of total participants in the Program; and

(3) The minimum and maximum amount of a Higher Education Loan Assistance Grant awarded under this subtitle.
