§ 2-108 - Regulations


MD Econ Dev Code § 2-108 (2013) What's This?

§2-108.

(a) The Secretary shall adopt regulations for the office of the Secretary.

(b) (1) Subject to § 2-206 of this title, the Secretary shall review regulations of a unit under the jurisdiction of the Department.

(2) The Secretary may approve, disapprove, or revise regulations of a unit.
