§ 13-104 - Seized money to be deposited or invested [Effective until October 1, 2013].
§13-104.
Pending final disposition, the financial authority shall account for and deposit seized money in an interest-bearing bank account or invest the seized money in accordance with Article 95 of the Code.

Pending final disposition, the financial authority shall account for and deposit seized money in an interest-bearing bank account or invest the seized money in accordance with Title 17 of the Local Government Article.
