§ 17-413 - Keeping machines without license

§17-413.
(a) A person may not keep a free-play pinball machine for public use in the State unless the person has a pinball machine license that covers that free-play pinball machine.
(b) A person may not keep a free-play console machine for public use in the State unless the person has a console machine license that covers that free-play console machine.
