§17-409.
(a) Whenever a person keeps a free-play pinball machine for public use in the State, the person must have a pinball machine license for that free-play pinball machine.
(b) Whenever a person keeps a free-play console machine for public use in the State, the person must have a console machine license for that free-play console machine.
